New Tyre Recucling Plant Extraction

Air Movement Systems has Installed five Donaldson Case Dalamatic Units and associated extraction systems, within a newly refurbished factory area after a fire destroyed most of the original process equipment.
The factory shreds and processes old car and commercial tyres converting them into a rubber crumb. The extraction systems are designed to control the dust generated on the shreadder, sive and conveying systems.
The installation was carried out over a 6 week schedual with production working alongside the installation of the new systems.
