Upgrade for Acid and Alkaline Scrubber systems

Air Movement Systems Ltd have been given the order to upgrade the existing Acid and Alkaline Scrubbing units, used in the process of coating parts for the Aero engine industry.
This was carried out over the Easter and the week up to the Royal Wedding / May Day weekend.
The two Acid and Alkaline Scrubber units were refurbished and the existing Fans,Silencers and Exhaust Stacks replaced .
Additional work carried out by Air Movement Systems at the same time, was to install a New Dust Extraction System and up grade existing units for Atex and supply new ducting systems.
Air Movement Systems also installed the fume extraction stacks for three new tunnel ovens.
