Payment 
We accept payment by Credit/Debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. 
Please note - We do not accept American Express. 
 
Tax 
All prices on our website exclude 20% VAT. 
 
 

Delivery & Cancellations 

Orders placed before 4pm will be dispatched same or next working day to be delivered the following working day. (1-2 Working Days) 
 
We use Royal Mail & DPD Local depending on selection at checkout. 
 
Order Comments 
At checkout delivery instructions can be left in this box. For example, if you are not going to be in on the day of delivery you can leave instructions for the courier. 
 
Cancellation of an Order 
We can accommodate cancellations if received before the order has been dispatched. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to ensure the order does not get dispatched. 

Returns Policy 

 
If you no longer require or change your mind on any parts ordered, we are happy to provide a refund under the following conditions: 
 
Items are to be returned by yourselves. Once items are received back, we will issue the refund according. 
The items are returned new, unused, and in a resaleable condition. 
All refunds will be issued back to the same form of payment made originally when placing the order. 
The refund will be credited within 7 days of us receiving the items back. 
We hold no responsibility if the goods are damaged or lost on return. 
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the parcel is packaged securely to reduce damage during return transit. 
 
Damaged Goods 
For any items that have been damaged in transit, please make sure that they are signed for as ‘damaged’. 
We ask to be made aware of any damaged items within 24 Hours of the delivery. This is so we can contact the courier in correct time to be able to action. 
Customer will be unable to claim for damaged items if they have been signed for as ‘in good condition’. 
 
Faulty or Incorrect Goods 
If any items are received faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue. 
 
If you receive any incorrect items or have any items missing from the order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. 
We will be unable to take responsibility for any order discrepancies not reported to us within 30 days after delivery was made.
