What is an LEV Monitor / LEV airflow indicator?
An LEV Monitor / LEV airflow indicator is a visual aid which can be quickly and easily fitted to your Local Exhaust Ventilation system to ensure it is working correctly. They easily remove the worry and risk of an unsafe working environment.

The HSE recommends that airflow indicators should be fitted to all Industrial Ventilation, or Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems
The Chevron is tamper-proof, and the case cannot be opened. You can easily extend the tubing for this by using the adaptor supplied and put the Chevron up to a distance of 10 metres away, and it will work just as well!
With a range of 2,000 Pa, this LEV Monitor / LEV airflow indicator is suitable for most systems.
The HSE recommends that airflow indicators should be fitted to all Industrial Ventilation, or Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems.
When the airflow rate drops below the set threshold, it will display a flashing Cross and a red LED to advise that action is to be taken. It will also tell you when the batteries need replacing.
